Coach
Justin works tirelessly to try and keep the kids having fun so that they stick with the game. Justin views baseball as an opportunity to learn about life. To Justin, baseball is not just about wins and losses or hits and strikeouts, but more so an opportunity to experience failure in a controlled environment to learn how to deal with those struggles to ultimately find success. Patience, attitude and effort are the things he tries to teach the boys.
Coach
Rob Colbert has been coaching for over 17 years. His approach of teaching the fundamentals, pushing the positive and building lasting relationships has well served the dozens of young people Coach Rob has mentored over the years. "Baseball is the ultimate mental game and the most important piece of real estate on a baseball diamond is the 6 inches between the players ears."
Coach: Coach Fox has been involved in Youth Baseball for 20 years. His philosophy is based on the tenant, "it isn't how well you win that develops character, it is how well you lose and what you do with the lessons". Baseball is a game of failure that has so many parallels to life. Real life doesn't give out participation trophies
